Abstract: This research discusses the critical thinking disposition of male and female students with the aim of the research being to describe students' critical thinking disposition in solving similarity questions in terms of gender differences. This research is qualitative research with a case study type of research. The research subjects were class IX students with a total of 6 students, namely 3 male students and 3 female students who were selected through subject selection. Research data was taken from test results and interview results, which aimed to see students' critical thinking dispositions as well as explore data and clarify test result data. This research shows that there are differences in the critical thinking dispositions of male and female students. Male students tend to be less skilled in solving problems, while female students tend to be skilled in solving problems.
