Abstract: A broad range of areas are covered in the study of graph operations. Graph operations generally generate results that could be relevant to another field. Here, we develop the mathematical aspects of a novel operation that is a particular kind of join operation based on the eccentricity of the vertex of a graph. This new operation is termed as the homo-eccentricitic join operation. In this paper, we try to determine some properties of this operation. Also, studies extend to the chromatic number of resultant graph from this operation.
