Abstract: تعد إعاقة التوحد من أكثر أنواع الإعاقات التي تحتاج إلى رعاية، والتي لها تأثير كبير على شخصية الطفل وعلى أسرته والمجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، نتيجة الخلل الوظيفي للطفل التوحدي، يترتب عليه توقف في النمو التطوري في معظم مجالاته المرتبطة باللغة والتواصل والنمو الاجتماعي، والإدراك الانفعالي والحسي، وتعاني هذه الفئة من أنماط سلوكية غير سوية تتمثل في الاضطراب لدى الطفل في العلاقات والتفاعلات مع الآخرين، وتسبب هذه السلوكيات العديد من الضغوط الحياتية لدى أمهات الأطفال التوحديين باعتبارها الأساس الأول والمسئولة عن رعاية طفلها المعاق.الكلمات المفتاحية: الوصمة الاجتماعية، التوحد، الضغوط الحياتية.Research Summary:Autism is one of the most important types of disabilities that need care, and it has a great impact on the child's personality, his family, and the society in which he lives. As a result of the functional disorder of the autistic child, it results in a halt in developmental growth in most of its areas related to language, communication, social development, emotional and sensory perception. This group suffers from abnormal behavioral patterns represented by the child's disturbance in relationships and interactions with others. These behaviors cause a number of life pressures for mothers of autistic children, as they are the first and responsible foundation for caring for their disabled child.Keywords: Social stigma, autism, life stress.
