Abstract: This paper explores the design and development of a comprehensive digital platform for peer to peer book exchange platform aimed at fostering a community driven environment for sharing and exchanging books. The platform is intended to provide users with a seamless and secure way to trade books, enhancing accessibility to a wide variety of reading materials. Key features of the platform include a user-friendly interface design and robust user verification and rating systems. Through extensive user surveys and iterative prototyping, this study identifies the critical requirements and preferences of potential users, ensuring the platform meets their needs. The paper also discusses the technical challenges encountered during development and the solutions implemented to address them. By promoting the reuse and exchange of books, the platform aims to contribute to sustainable reading practices and create a more connected literary community. Through its innovative approach, the platform not only facilitates book exchanges but also fosters a culture of sharing knowledge and building connections among avid readers
