Abstract: Bioadhesive Nanodrug Administrators The cover image illustrates the effect of eye drops based on gold nanourchins for the comprehensive relief of dry eye syndrome. In article number 2400484, Jui-Yang Lai and co-workers show that these rough nanostructures show extended ocular retention, resulting in high bioavailability of grafted quercetin, thus allowing for single-dose administration to substantially increase tear production and restore ocular surface integrity, surpassing the efficacy of conventional drugs.
