Abstract: The rapid evolution of technology has transformed the recruitment landscape, with e-recruitment emerging as a pivotal component of modern human resource management. This study examines the impact of e-recruitment on candidate experience, diversity, and inclusion, highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with its adoption. A comprehensive literature review reveals significant research gaps in this area. Need of comparative analysis across different sectors is also observed. This research aims to address those research gaps and also contribute to the ongoing discourse on e-recruitment, providing insights into its role in shaping the future of talent acquisition and human resource management.
