Abstract: The leniency agreements, after their period of frank rise and expansion in Brazil, begin to bring a series of concrete clashes. For outcomes of part of these clashes, it is necessary to deepen in the legal nature of these leniency agreements. The legal nature implies differences in the possible scenarios of annulment, termination and renegotiation of leniency agreements, both when they are for non-compliance of the individual, at the request of the public authorities, and when they are for non-compliance of the public authorities, at the request of the individual.
