Abstract: For newly formed nonprofits or those in the early stages of their development lifecycle, it might not be necessary to prepare a comprehensive and well‐designed board pack in preparation for board meetings. But as organizations progress and grow, so do the tasks, duties and range of discussions that take place at these meetings—which makes a good and proper board pack ever more essential for effective governance.
