Abstract: This research aims to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of agricultural programs in Halabolu Village, Helumo District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency by selecting 3 people as key informants, while data collection techniques use documentation, observation and interview techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely describing research variables in qualitative aspects of understanding. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Agricultural Production Increase Program in Halabolu Village has been implemented. With the assistance provided to farmers, it is very helpful in procuring agricultural facilities by assisting in making the Definitive Group Needs Plan (RDKK), this is strengthened by data and results interviews which stated that the process of implementing activities still experienced several obstacles, both in terms of supervision and assistance.
