Development and Thermal Investigation of Modified Octadecanoic Acid as Energy Storage Material
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Modified octadecanoic acid (MOA) has been developed and studied as a material for energy storage. Temperature transition for MOA is reduced by 1.03°C and 2.56°C. As a result, MOA has a high energy fraction in the liquid zone, about 25% and 33.5%, which effectively increases the charge level of the storage system.
