Abstract: Proceedings of the International Conference on Advanced Civil Engineering and Smart Structures ACESS 2024 Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to present the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Advanced Civil Engineering and Smart Structures (ACESS 2024), which has been successfully held in Bangkok, Thailand on November 22-24, 2024. ACESS has been committed to promoting technological innovation and progress in the fields of civil and structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and geotechnical engineering. The conference lasted two days and included presentations by experts from all over the world. Thanks to Prof. TianQiao Liu (Beijing University of Technology), Prof. C W LIM (City University of Hong Kong), Assoc.
