Abstract: Artisanal fisherwomen fight for recognition of traditional fishing territory. How does this ecosophical question become an ethical-political question of the struggle and aesthetics of women's existence in artisanal fishing work? What forms of resistance do women produce in defense of equality in gender relationality and representation in fishing social movements? Mapping subjectivation and enunciation processes of that fight in defense of life resulted in this research report. This map is composed by: meetings, Fishing Shout and map interview. The protagonism of women is evidenced: a) in the creation of other fight spaces and reinvention of itself against the non-recognition as fisherwoman; b) in defense of artisanal work against denial and political exclusion of human and non-human lives by the State and c) in the political incidences and in coping with psychosocial problems related to environmental racism and socio-environmental impacts of economic ventures. These women build singular ecosophical processes to operate, socially and politically, in the tension of fishing boats social movements in favor of liveable and recognizable lives.
