Abstract: Non-invasive health monitoring technologies, such as continuous glucose monitors and wearable heart rate sensors, have revolutionized the way we manage health by offering real-time data without the need for invasive procedures. However, the success and accuracy of these devices are not solely dependent on technological advancements. Behavioral human factors, including user-centered design, psychological drivers, and behavioral aptitudes, play a crucial role in their effectiveness. This opinion paper explores the intersection of technology and human behavior, emphasizing how user habits, health literacy, and engagement influence the reliability and adoption of non-invasive health monitors
