Abstract: The augmentation in the exploitation of nanotechnology in the Agri sector is a recent trend. There has an imperceptible cognizance that traditional farming techniques have lost efficiency because of extra management, high cost, damage to the surrounding environment, and human health, and inability to restore damaged ecosystems to their pristine state. Consternations have been escalated concerning the jeopardize profile of novel products; therefore prognostication of considerable potential to underpin the obligatory exacerbation in worldwide food production in a sustainable manner. Nanotechnology as a propitious novel technology for crop disease management proffers innumerable benefits including reduced input requirements, lower eco-toxicity, and better efficacy. Herein, the chapter focuses on the use of nanomaterials as protectants, carriers for insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and RNA-interference molecules. This stalwart disquisition will address the gap in the assurance of adequate control, environmental efficacy, and fringe benefits with new perils of nanoagrochemicals impact.
