Abstract: Spatial single-cell protein expression analyses of huNBSGW tumor tissues by HALO platform (Indica Lab). HuNBSGW A2.1 tumor tissues: (A) humanized brain and (B) humanized liver were cut on Microtome right after the Xenium sections and stained for MelA and CD19 to visualize melanoma and B cells, respectively (top). Positive cells were quantified using HALO software. Bottom panel shows numbers and percentages of MelA+ and CD19+ cells in the whole section. See “Materials and Methods” for experimental details.
