Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine interpersonal leadership style and its implementation in the Senen District Environmental Service Implementation Unit, Central Jakarta. Therefore, data mining in the field is carried out comprehensively and in depth regarding interconnected realities and theories. The research method used is qualitative, namely in-depth presentation from interviews with The Key Informant, Focus Group Discussions, Researcher Perspectives and Expert Adjustment as well as SWOT Analysis. The research results prove empirically from observations, interviews, focus group discussions, researchers' perspectives and expert adjustments as well as SWOT analysis. It was found that there is a gap in values from theory and reality so that the researcher's views are needed which are supported by theory’s experts to provide direction for the expected values and interpersonal leadership style.
