Abstract: Introduction: This study investigates the BRAF mutations as a biomarker for colorectal cancer (CRC) in Moroccan population. Given limited data on BRAF, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, the study aims to address this lack of epidemiological data by carefully examining its frequency and correlations with clinicopathological features in Moroccan CRC patients. The research contributes to providing insights to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
