Abstract: Author who was more than ten years top manager in Slovak banks, from the greatest Slovak komercial bank, to member of board and vicegovernor of Slovak Eximbank as a leading Slovak law expert on financial market law is thinking about theoretical issue reform of financial law in Slovak law system. His thinking start describing of present financial law situation. Next sentencies concern possibility to created financial market law as a separate law branch. Last part of article is about specific financial market law. Author is make conclusions at the end of article and he declare that object of financial market Jaw are social economic relationships which to come to financial market and for this reason in area Slovak law theory are coming concepts about financial market law as an independent law branch.
