The program had the participation of 15 women with a doctorate degree as mentors and 15 women with a master's degree as mentees. The program was developed with the training of synchronous and asynchronous sessions (MOOC). The results of the application of the program show that the participants obtained greater selfknowledge of themselves, greater confidence to continue their scientific and/or academic work, and finally obtained training to support women in STEM areas.
