Abstract: In recent years, heterocyclic compounds have gained significant interest due to their tremendous application in the medicinal, optical, and biological fields. Among them, thiazole is an important heterocycle containing nitrogen‐ and sulfur‐ in the ring, which stands out as the best for its pharmacological activity. One of the best routes to synthesize these molecules is through multicomponent reactions. Being a sustainable methodology, it gives insights into generating an extensive range of biologically active molecules. This review focuses on the significance of three‐component and four‐component syntheses of thiazole under various conditions from the year 2000 to late 2024, which are particularly important due to their ability to produce thiazole derivatives with good yields.
