Vaccination During Pregnancy in the Vaccine Safety Datalink, 2002–2022
Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: We described vaccinations during pregnancies starting in 2002 through 2022 in 8 Vaccine Safety Datalink healthcare organizations in the United States. During this period, the number of vaccinations per pregnancy increased, influenza and Tdap were the most frequently administered vaccines, and administration of contraindicated vaccines was infrequent. The Vaccine Safety Datalink can provide information about the real-world implementation of vaccination recommendations during pregnancy.
