Abstract: The aim of this research is to test whether there are factors that influence employee turnover at Swalayan Ramai. This research is entitled 'Factors that influence employee turnover in Crowded Supermarkets'. This research used five subjects. This research is research that explains qualitatively. Data will be collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used to determine what factors influence the level of employee turnover at Supermarkets is the source triangle. This research found that various things influence the employee turnover rate at Swalayan Ramai, namely the educational factor. This is because the different levels of employee education make employees feel that there are some who are not suitable in the sales division. Because those who have just graduated from high school, most of them are placed in sales positions, and they think they are just looking for work experience and are only able to survive working for 2-3 months in Supermarkets.
