Abstract: In the context of contemporary societies, educational guidance emerges as a strategic element to support young people in their transition to adult life. The current landscape is characterized by uncertainty and rapid changes that challenge traditional models of personal, academic, and professional development. The socioeconomic reality reveals inequalities that limit youth opportunities. Many families lack the necessary resources to adequately guide their children, generating exclusion cycles that perpetuate structural inequalities. The study analyzes educational guidance as a fundamental component across all educational levels, seeking to prepare young people to understand and adapt to liquid and complex social environments. It highlights the importance of developing competencies such as adaptability, resilience, and conscious decision-making. Educational guidance is conceived as a fundamental instrument for individual empowerment, capable of articulating more adaptable, personalized, and meaningful educational trajectories in the context of contemporary society.
