Abstract: Secretory carcinoma (SC) of the salivary glands, previously termed mammary analog secretory carcinoma (MASC), is a rare, low-grade malignant tumor of the salivary glands that closely resembles SC of the breast. This case report discusses parotid SC in a 40-year-old female patient who presented with recurrent parotid swelling. The report aims to demonstrate the importance of recognizing this rare tumor, raising awareness, and adding this case to world literature.
