Abstract: The article substantiates the feasibility of forming a sector of production and export of halal products in Belarus. The existing production and export potential is considered and the problems of formation of the halal industry in the country are defined. Potential importers of Belarusian halal products are identified. A conclusion is made on the feasibility of developing a concept of state support for the development of an export-oriented sector of the halal industry in Belarus, including proposals to strengthen the institutional environment and create a center for halal products; the formation of special infrastructure facilities and a financing mechanism, as well as a coordinated policy in this area within the EAEU.
