Abstract: Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and percutaneous balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty (PBPV) are the first-line treatments for aortic stenosis and pulmonary stenosis. This paper presents the case of a 72-year-old woman who suffered from severe aortic stenosis with pulmonary stenosis, treated with simultaneous TAVR and PBPV. Postprocedural echocardiography revealed significant improvement in valve stenosis, with no complications. This case demonstrates the feasibility and safety of performing TAVR and PBPV together, offering a new treatment approach.
