Abstract: ТЕОРИЯ ПРАВА И ГОСУДАРСТВАattention is paid to foreign experience and prospects for adapting Russian legislation to modern technological realities.For effective legal regulation, measures such as the introduction of «regulatory sandboxes», the creation of a specialized regulator and stimulation of industry self-regulation are proposed.The study aims to identify gaps and develop recommendations for improving legislation in the face of rapid technological progress.
