Analysis and research on deformation of vacuum brazed fin of finned part

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the aluminum alloy finned case, the deformation of the finned part was simulated by the UG NX finite element module, and the temperature range of the vacuum brazing was determined. On this basis, according to the process flow and the determined welding temperature interval, the trial production of aluminum alloy finned chassis was carried out. After vacuum brazing, the chassis size, shape, and position tolerance met the design requirements, the weld quality met the product requirements, and the vacuum brazing welding temperature was verified.
