Type: article
Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the production components of soybean with co-inoculation of Bradyrhizobium and Azospirillum associated with cobalt, molybdenum, and cellular protectors. The study was conducted in the state of Paraná in an eutroferric Red Latosol. The experimental design used was a randomized block design with five treatments. Treatment 1 (BP): Bradyrhizobium applied via foliar spray; Treatment 2 (BAP): Bradyrhizobium and Azospirillum applied via foliar spray; Treatment 3 (T): control; Treatment 4 (BS): Bradyrhizobium inoculated on the seed; Treatment 5 (BAS): Bradyrhizobium and Azospirillum inoculated on the seed with a cellular protector. All treatments received Co and Mo fertilizer on the seed. The evaluations of plant height, stem diameter, number of nodes, number of pods, and number of pods with 1, 2, 3, and 4 grains were conducted with seven repetitions. The evaluations of one thousand grain weight and estimated yield were performed with five repetitions. Although BS and BAS treatments showed better results for the number of nodes, number of pods, and number of pods with 2 grains, the values found for one thousand grain weight and estimated yield were lower when compared to the other treatments, even though the estimated yield results did not show statistical differences. It was concluded that the evaluations performed did not present significant values for yield estimation due to the water deficit that occurred during the flowering and grain-filling periods.
