Abstract: This study aims to explore the educational intentions of elementary school teachers in selecting generative AI as curriculum content. To this end, 82 curriculum documents that utilized generative AI were collected, and the teachers’ educational intentions revealed in each document were qualitatively analyzed. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 teachers to further analyze their educational intentions.
