The analysis considers technological infrastructure, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. Results and Discussion: Findings indicate that CSOs still face challenges in resource management and communication with investors. Adopting media lab practices can enhance their innovation, fundraising, and social impact. Research Implications: The study suggests investments in digital infrastructure and training, highlighting the importance of collaboration between CSOs, the State, and the market to strengthen the Third Sector. Originality/Value: This study proposes an innovative framework by integrating CSOs and media labs, expanding the understanding of digital transformation and financial sustainability in the Third Sector.
