Abstract: How did we choose the topics for the anniversary collection?The five topics-change readiness and employee engagement, navigating transformation, identity and change, organizational challenges, and leadership-reflect core themes that have long been central to the Journal of Change Management.These areas have consistently drawn the interest of researchers and practitioners, driving some of the journal's most impactful contributions.Revisiting these topics provides an opportunity to explore established ideas and foundational theories while also reflecting on how the field continues to evolve, highlighting new theoretical advancements that address today's organizational complexities.
