Abstract: 通过1例停用抗病毒药物导致HBV再激活相关早期肝衰竭患者，观察艾米替诺福韦联合人工肝“单纯血浆置换联合双重血浆分子吸附系统”治疗肝衰竭早期的疗效。通过观察肝生物化学指标、病毒学指标HBV DNA、凝血酶原活动度指标变化评估治疗效果。结果显示艾米替诺福韦联合人工肝“单纯血浆置换联合双重血浆分子吸附系统”治疗因HBV再激活所致肝衰竭的疗效显著。 Keywords: 乙型肝炎, 肝衰竭, 艾米替诺福韦, HBV再激活, 治疗
