Abstract: For Problem 1, when enterprises purchase spare parts, in order to inspect the defect rate and control costs, a statistical hypothesis testing method is used to model the null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis, and the sample size is calculated. For Problem 2, in production, there are many variables, and enterprises need to optimize processes by making decisions such as whether to inspect spare parts and finished products, and whether to disassemble defective products. A cost-benefit model is established to comprehensively analyze the decision costs and benefits. The goal is to scientifically choose decisions that minimize total costs and maximize benefits, thereby optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
