Abstract: Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in modern organizations has significantly transformed communication, management, and operational efficiency. ChatGPT, a natural language processing tool, is increasingly used to streamline workplace communication, enhance writing proficiency, and improve decision-making processes. However, limited research exists on the systematic training of employees for ChatGPT utilization and its measurable impact on business management outcomes. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and machine learning techniques, including Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for topic modeling and sentiment analysis, to assess ChatGPT's effects on employee performance. Findings indicate that communication scores improved by 30%, writing proficiency by 25%, and task completion time reduced by 34% post-training. This study is novel in its machine learning-driven analysis of ChatGPT's workplace impact and offers practical implications for AI adoption strategies. It emphasizes the need for structured training programs to maximize AI's benefits in professional environments
