Abstract: As artificial intelligence (AI) systems become increasingly integrated into various aspects of daily life, ethical considerations surrounding their development and deployment are paramount. This paper aims to explore the intersection of AI technology and ethical theory, examining how principles such as fairness, accountability, and transparency can be integrated into AI design and deployment. Through an examination of case studies in sectors like autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and social media, we underscore the possible impacts of deploying AI unethically. Additionally, this paper emphasizes the need for ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks to promote responsible AI usage. By integrating existing literature and case studies, this research seeks to enhance understanding of the ethical landscape in AI and offer recommendations for stakeholders to support a fair technological future.
