Abstract: Job satisfaction is an important aspect in education that influences teacher performance and the quality of education. This research discusses the factors that influence teacher job satisfaction and their implications in education. The research results show that teacher job satisfaction is influenced by various factors, including mood, working conditions, motivation, and career commitment. Internal factors such as work stress and workload, as well as external factors such as the work environment and support from superiors and colleagues, also influence teacher job satisfaction. This research also shows that teacher job satisfaction has significant implications for teacher performance and educational quality. Therefore, it is important for educational institutions to pay attention to teacher job satisfaction and take steps to increase teacher job satisfaction.
