Adequate levels of vitamin D have been linked to improved sleep quality in children and effective prevention of sleep problems. This report is a review and summary of research on the significance of sleep, the stages of children's sleep, and the impact of vitamin D levels on sleep problems. Additionally, this report explores the mechanisms through which vitamin D improves sleep.
