Abstract: We report the case of a woman in her 20s presenting with 1 year of intermittent chest pain and exertional dyspnea found to have multiple giant coronary aneurysms. The largest aneurysm was found to be 7.2 × 5.2 cm in the left anterior descending artery. Because of the size and location of the aneurysms, surgical intervention was pursued and involved resection of the coronary aneurysms with reconstruction and bypass grafting.
