Abstract: This paper is a continuation of the authors' previous papers devoted to the application of the proposed fragmented physical statistics and the universal mechanism of long-range wave action (UMWA) in systems of identical particles. This paper considers scenario No. 2 – conditionally unbounded systems with a mixture of several types of identical particles possessing rotational degrees of freedom of movement. The natural model of such systems is atmospheric vortices (tornadoes). In this work, this model is considered as a basic one. Technical devices that reproduce this scenario are the Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube. It is taken as an auxiliary (or experimental) model. For the basic model, the necessary macroscopic conditions were determined under which the statistical probability of a tornado exceeding 50%. Under these conditions, using the entire arsenal of UMWA, the stages of spontaneous generation and development of a tornado are considered. In particular, the mechanism of self-intensification and self-organization of the circular motion in the area of tornado formation, its shape, the process of the tornado “trunk” falling out, its opacity and the thermal effects accompanying its appearance were clarified. The concepts of wave adhesion and wave condensation are introduced as special semi-quantum phenomena under the conditions of the applicability of classical physics. The corresponding quantitative estimates were made. The validity of quantitative estimates is demonstrated based on the analysis of the results of studies of an auxiliary (experimental) model - the Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube. The main conclusion is drawn: the theoretical basis that fully explains the physical nature of the appearance of a tornado and all its features can be the UMWA.
