Abstract: This paper explores the potential for integrating ancient Indian knowledge systems with contemporary educational paradigms to create a more holistic and innovative learning framework. By examining the philosophical foundations and pedagogical methods of traditional Indian education alongside modern educational models, we propose a balanced approach that could enhance the learning experience. The paper explores how aspects such as mindfulness, ethics, sustainability, and community cohesion—embedded in ancient knowledge—can complement the technological advancements in modern education. Through a comprehensive literature review, analysis of case studies, and theoretical discussion, this paper demonstrates how the integration of both systems can foster an education system that addresses the challenges of modernity while remaining grounded in tradition.
