Formation of Cost Costs and Assessment of Effectiveness of Event Events of an Industrial Enterprise
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: . The article examines a comprehensive approach to determining the cost of event costs, which is the basis for effective management of financial resources. The authors consider the main factors affecting cost, including optimization of production processes, efficient use of raw materials and materials, and improvement of cost management. Thus, reducing cost becomes a strategic direction that allows enterprises not only to increase profitability, but also to strengthen their positions in the market. The authors prove that the effectiveness of event events should be assessed both by quantitative (ROI, break-even point) and qualitative indicators (increasing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty). The ROI indicator is key to assessing the feasibility of costs, and calculating the payback allows you to determine the efficiency of using financial resources. Intangible effects play an important role in the long term, although they are more difficult to measure.
