Results for cyclic contractive mappings of Kannan and Chatterjea type equipped with Mann’s iterative scheme

Abstract: Recently, Khaleel et al. presented the innovative cyclic contractions of the Chatterjea and Kannan type and derived certain results with the help of Picard’s iterative scheme in the context of G-metric spaces. Motivated by these new contractions, certain fixed point results are obtained in Gb-metric spaces using Mann’s iterative scheme. An example is provided to elaborate the results obtained. An application is given to validate the results.
