Picture hesitant fuzzy distance measures and its decision applications

Abstract: The key role of picture hesitant fuzzy in multi-attribute decision-making is to offer both more detailed and precise decision information. However, the current research on picture hesitant fuzzy distance measures is not perfect, so additional research on this matter is essential. In this paper, we take into account the hesitancy and hesitancy deviation and develop a new distance measure based on hesitancy deviation. Furthermore, we present a new TOPSIS method and apply it to an example. Finally, a parameter sensitivity analysis was performed to verify the stability of the proposed new distance measure.
