Abstract: Conclusion: Gamification has become a useful approach to reach out to younger MSM; meanwhile, some of the elements like random reward system may be suitable for the wider MSM community.Future design and implementation of game-based sexual health interventions should take these, among social and cultural elements, into account for delivering an intervention accepted by the community.
