Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction Combined With Variant Angina: A Case Report

Abstract: This article reported a case of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction combined with Variant angina. The patient developed variant angina pectoris after taking the conventional Western medicines for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. On the basis of adjusting the relevant medications, Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Guo Weiqin's Yiqi Xiefei Decoction were added, after which the cardiac function was improved, the left ventricular ejection fraction was increased, and the symptoms of chest tightness and pain did not recur.
