Abstract: The tempo, rhythm, intensity, and wide variability of competitive loads dictate specific conditions for the functional support of special work capacity in dancers specializing in the Latin American program. These conditions relate to the ability to mobilize the power of the cardiovascular system, which requires the activation of the respiratory compensation reaction to metabolic acidosis, aerobic energy supply, and lactate potential capacity. A condition for the realization of energy potential is the reactive properties of the cardiovascular system, which respond to changes in physiological states that accompany the competitive activity of dancers and affect the kinetics of reactions. The kinetics of reactions have a structure that includes the rate of development of the cardiovascular system reaction, the stability of its growth under conditions of steady development and compensation for fatigue, and the rational use of the glycolytic reserve - properties inherent in the competitive activity of dancers specializing in the Latin American program. A characteristic feature of special training tools is the alternation of short-term accelerations or intensive fragments of competitive activity with modes of extensive loads. The main factor of intensity is the preservation of the reactive properties of the cardiovascular system, which affect the kinetic characteristics of reactions, namely the rate of development and a steady stable increase during competitive activity, especially in conditions of developing fatigue. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the kinetics of the cardiorespiratory system reaction can be determined by changes in the heart rate response.
