Abstract: This essay shares insights that we consider relevant when thinking about long-term sport formation and development processes from the perspective of tennis players. We acknowledge that learning and development do not occur linearly, making each individual's journey of experiences unique. While there are no ready-made recipes that can cater to everyone, we have a series of guidelines that can assist coaches and sports agents in making their decisions accurately and effectively.
