The use of TRIZ tools in personnel management in order to prevent corporate fraud

Abstract: The article presents a study of the possibilities of applying the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) to prevent corporate fraud in the organization's procurement system. A comprehensive analysis of contradictions arising in the procurement process using TRIZ tools has been carried out, a functional analysis of the procurement process and methods for resolving contradictions using TRIZ have been considered. Based on the use of TRIZ techniques, a comprehensive solution has been developed aimed at creating a transparent procurement system while minimizing opportunities for corrupt practices. The proposed solution includes standardization of control procedures, implementation of a multi-level supplier verification system, creation of a corporate information database and development of an effective employee motivation system.
