Abstract: 본 연구는 2022년 지역사회건강조사 참여자 중 40세 이상 184,201명 대상으로, 라이프스타일 요인, 만성질환(고혈압, 당뇨병), 인지장애, 주관적 건강 수준 및 삶의 질 간의 상호 관계 파악을 목표로 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 흡연과 주 2회 이상 음주, 비만인 경우, 수면 장애가 있는 경우는 고혈압과 당뇨병에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 격렬한 신체 활동과 한 달에 4번 이하의 음주는 인지장애 위험을 낮추는데, 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자신의 건강을
